    Pros

    A happy and fun place to work. Nice managers and great co-workers. Positive environment for both seniors and employees.

    Cons

    A lot of turn over when it came to caregivers. Sometimes, seniors feel neglected when there are too many residents vs. employees.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to have more activities that involve seniors getting to know the employees. Seniors love getting to know the managers and employees.

    They really do want the best for their residents

    Cons

    To much micro management from corporate. They tell us what kind of activities we have to put on our activity calendar even if our residents do not like it.

    Less micromanagement

    I love the residents and their families. Got along great with the staff. The pay and benefits were a bonus.

    Pros

    Sunrise finds lots of wonderful ways to honor the lives of the residents who live there. Truly believe in serving seniors and preserving dignity.

    Cons

    Basic time off. Limited upward mobility for Sales and Marketing professionals working in the communities.
