    Not an easy job to do as you have to deal with unhappy customers Large company Winters in Rochester are tough

    Keep doing what you're doing. I was surprised by how great of a place Sutherland is to work. You have a lot of talented employees who are a credit to your recruiting efforts.

    I worked at Sutherland Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I loved everything about the company especially that I could work at home. They have 401k options as well as tons of employee incentives and prizes almost every month. I was nominated for employee of the month in my first month following finishing training

    Cons

    If you work at home you have to have out of the house activities to balance things out but other than that there's no downside as far as I'm concerned.

    Ability to work at your own pace, independently and from home. The trust given is exhilarating.

    Cons

    Connection with associates, and out side world. It gets lonely.

    When you find a agent that performs higher than anticipated keep them happy with hours.

    Pros

    Paid training, free credit/background check, office culture, great TMs (team managers), no commute. Fantastic team atmosphere, easy to use computer systems. The company is wonderful about keeping your shifts in the bid you ask for, so you can still have a life!

    Cons

    The only con is that the hours you work will drop dramatically between peak seasons. During each holiday season the hours are fantastic!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing great work! The only suggestion I would make at all would be to offer cross training on a regular basis.

    Pros

    Great to work from home. Enjoy the job and the people. Would recommend for people who don't like going into the office. Very peaceful

    Not a lot of cons. There are advancement opportunities.
