    Pros

    You will always have a job here unless you are on a contract that suddenly ends.

    Cons

    Pay is very low and raises are hard to come by.

    Worry just a little more about the professional growth of your employees.

    Working continuously in night shifts, may cause health issues in long run.

    Good place to start your career if you are not looking for your first job to be in any specific domain.

    Pros

    The one thing I did enjoy was my co-workers and some of the customers that called in.

    Cons

    Our schedules and desks changed every 2 weeks or so...I lost count on how many different desks I had...the turnover was outrageously high.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring quantity over quality and pay employees a decent living wage.

    Pros

    The best thing about Sutherland is the growth potential. I have been promoted 3 times. The benefits are great and rewarding for seniority, your out of pocket expenses decrease after 2yrs of service and decrease again after 5 yrs of service. There are alot of different opportunities from customer service, sales to technical support. Our sales floors are such fun environments and offer a lot of incentives to employees for good performance.

    We are working on employment engagement and creating a universal culture that employees will be proud to work for.

    Advice to Management

    consistency, change equals growth so all employees should expect and appreciate change. However giving things a chance to work is important as well. Don't bite off more then we can chew. Yes we should be striving for new business but knowing our capacity is important
