    Pros

Great exposure to work experience and you can make excellent high level contacts.

    Cons

Not enough staff to cover all the work needed so salaried employees often work 50+ hours a week and are overtime exempt.

    Advice to Management

Expectations to stay late and come in early put a big strain on management. More management would allow for extra time with agents to promote growth and program success.

    Pros

Opportunities to grow. Promotions happen frequently if you are doing good work though depends on the team. Get decent bonus depends on your performance rating.

    Cons

Reshuffling is happening quite frequently in the upper management in recent years; because of the acquisitions people have been laid off without notice even ones with good performance. Dependency on only few clients.

    Pros

Growth opportunity, if you are willing to put in extra hours. The customers I worked with were great.

    Cons

High workload volume requiring extra hours without compensation. Yet if you need to leave for a doctor appointment early, you are expected to put that in as scheduled time off which deducts from your vacation accrual.

    Advice to Management

Treat ALL the people you work with, especially those who work for you, the same gracious manner you would like to be treated yourself.

    Pros

Employees can be well compensated, great talent, hard workers, decent benefits. New facilities impressive, and company does well financially.

    Cons

Like many companies that grow quickly, communication was challenging...especially with employees spread throughout the world. Opportunities for advancement appeared to be slow.

    Pros

Good pay for Tucson, but way under paid for the position based on the region. (Workforce/RTA)
Co-workers are some of the hardest working people I've worked for/with.

    Cons

    Poor preperation for big "event".
Imbalanced number of employees between locations (15 RTA's vs. 4 1/2 with just about the same workload)
No proper training program for new employees, kinda like a "Here it is, get to it..." scenario.
Changes to policy and procedure are typically by word of mouth, leaving some a little lost if they were scheduled off that day.
Poor communication in general (When someone says "see this?" during a conference call, what am I supposed to see?)
At best, AZ is considered the "other center".

    Advice to Management

Um....get a clue? Seriously, have you ever heard of "too many chiefs, not enough indians"? Maybe paying attention to both locations equally, and I don't mean berate the "other center" more often. Set definitive guidelines with realistic expectations and deadlines.
