Horrible HR. No guidance. They treat contractors like slave labor. They pay salary with no over time pay. No bonuses as promised

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to change the culture in the USA to be like India.

    Pros

Never join if you are on H1B. Seen 2 people ruined there USA dream.

    Cons

No learning, bad projects, if you are on bench get terminated within 2 week. Never join on H1B. No experience letter provided when resign them. You will get cheap management and mostly low skilled coworkers

    Advice to Management

Do not be arrogant. Have some ethics.

    Pros

No pros at alllllllll.. One of the comanies where u can find no advantages. Well the only advantage I can think of is the fact that it is an MNC.

    Cons

The only way to get salary hiked is by moving to a new employer with the experience gained. Never expect your job as secured. You may be fired at any time.

    Advice to Management

Try to be transparent regarding H1 B processing, hikes and ratings. Instead of giving goods to the sycophants, try giving it to the people who deserve.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    No pros to speak of.

    Cons

Poor communication about training, start date, reimbursement. Beware of this company. They are extremely unprofessional and will promise you things and not deliver. You can't get any answers from anyone as to what is going on. They like to keep people especially new recruits in the dark. Also, they like to hire Indians and take advantage.

    Advice to Management

Communicate and stop playing games with new recruits. Treat them with respect and don't make last minute decisions. It's hard to be successful when your company can't communicate expectations. Just really poor management.

    Pros

work life balance is good. Some of the managers are good at empowering employees

    Cons

Promotions are based on how well you know the manager, absolutely no growth opportunities, politics, people getting into PM position with fake work experience. No proper recognition system in place,it totally depends on the manager

    Advice to Management

Provide opportunities for growth, don't make worthless people managers just because they have contacts. Job rotation is key to pickup new skills
