    Pros

    Great freedom to execute the plans that are felt right for the Client and company. Good scope for growth and performance recognized by my managers.

    Cons

    People facuing Client have burden to drive end to end and at times Client facing role people are over burdened. Having said this provides learning opportunity too

    Containing attrition of core team may help faster growth

    Sometimes the third party company that you are working at is hard to get along with and because you are third party employment they treat you like it.

    Exponential growth for good performers, open door culture, always encourages innovation, you can opt to perform diversified roles, flexible work culture at onsite locations (US)

    HR policies are not employee friendly, support groups like TSG/HR/etc not up-to-mark, does not have strong training programs, does not have MBA or masters sponsorship policies or tie-ups
