    Pros

    Great freedom to execute the plans that are felt right for the Client and company. Good scope for growth and performance recognized by my managers.

    Cons

    People facuing Client have burden to drive end to end and at times Client facing role people are over burdened. Having said this provides learning opportunity too

    Containing attrition of core team may help faster growth

    Work ecperience at statestreet syntel was good .but with vert bad expreience also.

    Salary structure change,bad cafeteria for night shifts.

    Syntel is medium scale IT company and provides many opportunities and great learning.Also has good values.

    Cons

    Syntel is a Monoploy.Feels like it lacks great leadership to manage a project @ low level when employee works on a Floor.
