    I have been working at Syntel full-time

    Pros

    If you get good project, you enjoy working here. Also there are more projects which has maximum percentage of onsite positions. In other words, they have 60-40 model. So you definitely get chance to go to onsite.

    Cons

    In some projects, you have to work like 15-20 hours which kills your social and family life. Also some HR policies really sucks.

    Give more importance to employee than your billion dream.

    Latest technologies are inherited from clients.

    Less salary. Dont hire good developers as they demand higher salary. Always hire people with less salary expectations over quality
