Strong culture and great people, but constant change and constant upheaval.

Director (Former Employee)

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 8 years

ProsStrong embedded values. Strong compensation opportunity. Vertical & horizontal growth opportunities. Strong up-and-comer company that is changing the wireless landscape.

ConsConstant change means priorities are constantly shifting. Major org restructures every 18 months over last 10 years. Leadership can't decide if they want a Centralized or Decentralized field structure, so have simply swung the pendulum every few years.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't forget what separates great companies from the rest - the quality of the people. Budget tightening over the last few years has led to some impacts to benefits, work environment, etc. Will need to ensure that attention is paid to the culture/environment/benefits areas to ensure a healthy & happy talent pool.
