    It is a great company to work for. You get great benefits and money is great if you work a little hard.

    ProsCommission is not capped. So can maximize how much money you want. There is always many opportunity.

    ConsIt's retail. You get many customers that are hard to deal with. But that's with every job that is retail.

    Challenging but Rewarding

    Good benefits, but will work you to the bone

    ProsThe time off is good, discounted phone plans are a nice perk, and the people I work with are great. Good work is recognized in bonuses. They recognize the top contributors in the company, and it's overall a fun place to work.

    ConsThey will work you hard. It can be hard to move up in a non-sales or non-call center role if you're not in Seattle. Good work will give you bonuses, but not necessarily advancement. An attitude of "We don't do that because we've always done it this way" can get in the way of innovation and creativity sometimes.

    Advice to Senior ManagementLet go of the bureaucracy. There's too much red tape to do anything.

    People first company

    ProsThe organizations values are what drives the company. People are treated very well and they are respected for their diverse opinions.

    ConsSometimes we forget to conduct skip levels and therefore allow some negative behaviors to perpetuate and fester.

    Advice to Senior ManagementRemember that it is extremely important to take the time and ensure you conduct those second and third level touch bases so you can course correct as needed.
