    It is a great company to work for. You get great benefits and money is great if you work a little hard.

    ConsIt's retail. You get many customers that are hard to deal with. But that's with every job that is retail.

    ProsThe pay is awesome! You are in charge of how much money you will make based on your sales. Fat commission check at the end of the month, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, 401k, and even pet insurance

    ProsThe organizations values are what drives the company. People are treated very well and they are respected for their diverse opinions.

    ConsSometimes we forget to conduct skip levels and therefore allow some negative behaviors to perpetuate and fester.

    Advice to Senior ManagementRemember that it is extremely important to take the time and ensure you conduct those second and third level touch bases so you can course correct as needed.
