    Pros

Company has great employee employee benefits, teamwork environment and when company does well, they reward the employees.

    Cons

They re-org teams a lot, change directions and they don't have systems in place to support the growth.

    Advice to Management

Set a direction for teams, cut costs not employees.

    Pros

I really had no major complaints. It has great benefits and it's never dull. I'm not great at sales so it was a rough ride. If you are, great!

    Cons

Like with any major cell phone company, the sales goals can be pretty lofty. Then again from what I've heard, their monthly goals aren't as strict as others. It's all a matter of opinion really.

    Advice to Management

On the floor management always goes well. Subordinates respect a manager that will get down and do the same work that they are doing every now and again.

    Pros

The benefits and pay are awesome, and you get to really build your technological knowledge as well as communication skills.

    Cons

Scheduling is random and strenuous. Calling in sick is not tolerated, even if it is rare for you. Managers call meetings randomly and you will hardly ever get off on time. Customers can be really rude.

    Advice to Management

    Scheduling could be more consistent.
