    Great Pay, Great benefits and Great recognition for performance. They recently started giving us company stock which is an amazing benefit to us employees.

    Pros

    T-Mobile has a great culture. The company has stated values which they actually live, they are NOT just a nice sign for the hallway.

    Cons

    Like many large companies it can be hard to effect change. If you want to change something many different groups get involved which can really slow things down.
    Also like many companies the benefits have been decreased. The employee phone program and PTO/vacation are a lot less generous than they used to be.

    Pros

    Being part of T-Mobile is very exciting. Not only is it a product that is on huge demand that benefits consumers, it is also changing the wireless industry. The environment is just a very happy place. There is lots of room for growth and the experience you gain here is second to none. There are some managers that will focus on not only helping you succeed but over achieve consecutively. As long as you go in with an open mind and willing to listen and learn then you will be guaranteed success and great knowledge and experience.

    It's all about sales honesty if your good your golden,Great company to work for they give pretty mutch any one a chance to get there foot in the door.
    Some of my coworkers have 1 year sales experience some have none they give a change to anyone with a positive attitude!!!
    A huge plus can be there is absolutely no limit to what you can make as far as commission goes!!!!!!

    I was one of the lucky ones I have no complaints at all, management was tuff on me at the beginning but after a bit they stop micro managing once they know you can handle tour own

    Pros

    Great pay/bonus opportunities, benefits, culture, and leadership teams! I've had lots of opportunities to grow in my career and provide support in many ways to fellow reps. I feel like you get out of the job what you put into it! if you have a great attitude and come to work ready to make a positive experience for the customer, the rest follows through and you are rewarded for your efforts!

    drama between co-workers can be difficult, especially in a competitive metric-based environment. You really have to watch what you say to certain people because you don't want to give anyone the wrong idea of how you feel.
