    Pros

Great experience and a good place to build a career. Environment is always changing which can lead to some frustration. Strong brand in the industry.

    Cons

Definitely has some quirks but if you learn to adapt (good experience anyway) you will be fine.

Great industry, good co-workers, good experience!

    Cons

Dress code is more formal, I don't mind that though

    Pros

Solid company to work for. Good benefits and strong team culture. Everyone at the office is friendly and always ready to help.

    Cons

It sometimes has too many bureaucratic tendencies restricting employees. Team atmosphere should not make you jump through hoops and receive a certified stamp of approval from a faceless group to determine whether you are deserving of a compensation adjustment

    Advice to Management

Keep up morale with some better out of office activities

    Empowered to make choices
Good Benefits (all of the regular stuff + tuition reimbursement)

    Cons

Commission Plan is confusing to the point that you don't know if you're paid correctly or not.
Large discrepencies in pay for doing the same job.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

The people are some of the best you will meet!!
Training is top shelf. Atmosphere fosters learning and technical knowledge development.

    Cons

Successful employees grossly under compensated. Management concerned with staying on the top of the hill. Micromanagement detracts from focusing on the bigger picture.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to create more clearly defined career paths for those employees who wish to advance. Pay attention to employees who are contributing to the bottom line and work to compensate them more accurately or TESSCO will continue to bleed talent.
