    Overall good experience but bad decisions compounded to ruin the company

    Pros- Great Office and co-workers
    - Some great IP's; UFC, WWE, Red Faction, Darksiders, Saints Row

    Cons- Little value in personal opinion by the upper management
    - Awful business practices for evaluating risk and budgeting

    ProsThe people I worked with were insanely passionate, very talented about making games and a great group of individuals

    ConsThe structure of the studio was in flux and no one knew who was responsible for what which led to a great deal of confusion and frustration.
