ProsGreat people at the San Diego studio - lots of smart and talented teammates. Employees were treated well, plenty of snacks, flexible hours, had to work some overtime but not horrible.

ConsTypical game company stuff - occasional crunch time near the milestones, but not as bad as the hours I've heard of at other places.

ConsSometimes you are required to work long hours, as expected near the end of a project. It is compensated for, however when you work light hours at the start of a project.
