    I have been working at TMS Health full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Decent pay, friendly people, team building. My program is good compared to others. You will like or hate your position based on your district manager or your program. Don't let bad reviews scare you off because it's not that bad.

    Cons

    Tedious work, not the job for you if you get bored easily or like using your creativity. Strict attendance policy, computer system crashes are common. Your initial job title may not match what you do.

    I have been working at TMS Health

    Pros

    TMS is really on the brink of greatness and yes there a lot of negative reviews on here but you need to experience it for yourself. TMS just got bought out by Xerox and is going thru a lot of positive changes. Yes, there are growing pains with companies and yes, communication could be better but things are improving. There is room for growth for people who want it and I suggest you experience the company for yourself.

    Cons

    Working in a call center isn't your "ideal" environment but it's face paced, growing and no day is the same.

    Pros

    Get great exposure and training on a multitude of pharmaceutics products and related disease states
    Has been constantly growing business through past couple years
    Recently opened new locations, expanding
    Good foot in the door opportunity for recent grads in a bad employment market
    More job security than outside pharma rep positions currently
    Some good managers

    Cons

    Performance expectations may be unrealistic at times
    Salary is not comparable to outside reps who perform similar function
    Many last minute changes and side tracking
    Some managers needing improvement
    Low financial investment for growth in all employees after initial training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper Management and Execs need to realize that morale is the key to how well YOU are doing, not the other way around
