    Pros

Great place to understand the semiconductor manufacturing working process, with good starting salary and bonus as freshman.

    Cons

As a module engineer, will keep doing the same thing without any rotation and build up your career. Do not stay over 3 years in the same department. The internal transfer process was terrible, some managers do not respect what their employees really want, and HR could not contribute any power during the transfer progress.

    Advice to Management

Do rotation and provide more training to the employees to let them find what truly interest

    Pros

Great working environment. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Restricted resource access (excluding directors and VPs) ; many websites were blocked (lack of trust in employees). Long work hours.

    Advice to Management

Since the senior management has more access to confidential information, it is not ideal to restrict resource access to lower level employees.
