    Pros

My team was great, office environment at the branch was very personal, so you have to get along with everyone or else it's kind of weird. My customers were great also. I wasn't doing any cold calling which was great. The company really tries to put you in a position for success. I like the commission structure, it's clean cut and they communicate with you very well when and how much you will be paid every pay period.

    Cons

-Training was a little boring in the beginning, they mostly have you learning about all the different components that you will be selling, but you don't really need to know an immense amount about the parts in order to sell them
-TTI matches a percent of the money that you put into your 401k, but you can't keep it until you stay there for over 5 years

    Pros

Loved working here. They really strive for a fun work environment with after work happy hours and team building events. Stable employment, upper management is helpful and educated.

    Cons

The pay is slightly lower then industry standard but it's off-set by the perks - lunches provided by the company, baseball games, bowling, etc.

Good, honest people. Good work balance. Lots of Opportunity.

    Cons

The company is a well managed machine, so much so that it can be a little boring.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

People: Honest easy to work with corp
Training: Teaches people real down the earth business
In-Branch Marketing people: Nice to get answers ASAP
Family atmosphere: pEOPLE ENJOY WORKING THERE

    Cons

Great company to wok for, but need to understand a little more about the cost of living. No raise in 5 yrs and continue to remove account base to add on new people.
    Tracking customers
    Split commision

    Advice to Management

Have a connector engineer in each territory to travel with Field Sales
Pay raises to keep up with cost of living
Look into either FPGA or Micro line to help field team get in front of engineers early in design stage

    Pros

Their mission statement actually means something. It's not just a plaque on the wall.
The founder and management team, really do care about their employees, both professionally and personally.
Stabile company that doesn't lay off a bunch of people whenever there is a downturn.
Great industry to be in for the long hall.

    Cons

IT systems are dated, though they seem to be talking about improvements.
Career planning and development is not formalized and therefore, inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

Formalize career plan and development for employees. Give your top talent a clear path towards their goals.
