    Pros

Enjoyed working with most people, some good benefits, vacation benefits the worst, pay is the worst unless you are part of the upper management and had it in with the upper management.

    Cons

Most people worked there so long they have nothing better to do than to complain and threaten employees with their jobs. Completely demoralizing place to work and unpleasant to be around such entitled management and other employees. Illegal employment practices. Pretty much a dictatorship. Nothing positive was reported unless it was about a bonus.

    Advice to Management

Learn about how to give positive feedback. You don't have to threaten people to get results. Morale would improve and output, yields and quality would improve if pay was inline with valley wages and recognition of s job well done on a regular basis. Don't threaten people or intimidate employees you lose them to other higher paying employers with better reputations.

    Pros

It was tyco electronics when i started working. With lots of overtime and competitive pay.

    Cons

Nothing but cons… we the employes refer it as a nazi camp. They treat their employee worst than a hunter would treat its prey. They would publicly humiliate their employee, lie to them and slowly taking away everything they could. Once the upper management of the company called every one present in the quarterly meeting, and i quote "you all suck" another time the whole team was told "you guys are selfish". You the readers should get the idea now.

    Advice to Management

Please stop being abusive to your employees and give them the respect they deserve.

    Pros

Great people on the production floor willing to give their all.

    Cons

They seem to boast about the pay they are not paying their hard workers for.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees a fair wage and listen to production workers.

    Pros

There were many great people working at the facility. The paycheck did not bounce. At the time the work was steady if you were thick skinned enough to stick through it.

    Cons

Very poor upper management. Poor middle management. Poor communication between facilities. Employees were treated as a necessary inconvenience.

    Advice to Management

Start by treating ALL employees who have shown proven dedication with the same level of respect you would expect to be extended to you. TTM was rife with a penny wise pound foolish mentality. The lip service extended to employees was transparent and insulting.

    Pros

There is nothing good about working for this company

    Cons

This company expected us to work 30+ hours overtime, then laid people off because we made too much money. They also drove my plant into the ground. They sent 100+ jobs to China. They took any order worth any money and gave it to Santa Ana. We were then given all the junk Santa Ana did not want to build. One Santa Ana employee was allowed to make changes to computers which took down 5+ other departments and that was ok with management.

    Advice to Management

Entire board should be replaced for mismanagement.

    Pros

Expect 8-5 hours. Good learning experience if you have an interest in that electronics. The santa ana division was always safe from layoff fevers.

    Cons

Was very underworked, you can only browse the web for so much. The company is extremely corporate, meaning unless you're a manager, you're a 2nd class citizen. No room for growth. Come here for a job, go somewhere else for a career.

    Advice to Management

stop allowing people who have no business making big IT decisions make them. Just because they're a buddy from the company that was acquired, or you thought your secretary had a great idea doesn't make it acceptable.
