    Pros

If you find a good taco bell team to work with/for then you might have an OK time. You're coworkers and management team is what will make the experience worth while for you.

    Cons

I worked at taco bell for 4 years and I could count the number of breaks I had on my fingers.
My first promotion, from service champion to team trainer provided a whopping $0.10 raise. It was a lot more responsibility for only a dime more.
I worked more 10-13 hours days than I would like to have done.

    Advice to Management

Teach RGMs to make schedules where employees don't have to work ALL day long 10-8 6 days a week is not my idea of a reasonable schedule. Allow breaks!! If you're going to make people work for 12 hours let them have a meal and maybe 15 minutes just to sit down.

    Pros

Good pay, always 50+ hours week

    Cons

Overworked, terrible bosses, immature teammates, unable to take vacations when you request them months in advance. Definitely would NOT recommend working here

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. They are the reason your business does so well. Show your appreciation for their hard work!

    Pros

Decent money, bonuses, and stock options.

    Cons

No work/personal life balance. Retention is a huge issue so always short staffed, always on call and it's like your babysitting adults.

    Advice to Management

Invest more time and money in your team and they will possibly want to stay and work harder for you.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the building is up to code, the building was so old it was falling apart.

    Pros

Simple, easy job. Get in, get out. Know what you are doing and work with team members effectively.

    Cons

No room to grow. Low wages, but it is what it is with this kind of a job. Management had a constant turn over and lots of petty nonsense to deal with.

    I worked at Taco Bell

    Pros

Food discounts, friendly coworkers, low requirements

    Cons

Manager was dodgy about raises and disorganized. I said I didn't want more hours and he bumped me up to 40 a week, while other employees with bills to pay who asked for more hours didn't get them

    Pros

Great, friendly employees who make work enjoyable and fun.

    Cons

Very difficult to get them to work around any existing commitments you may previously have.

    Advice to Management

If you hire on someone with the knowledge of their availability, work with those open days in mind and not schedule them on days they are unavailable
