Casper, WY

Current Employee – been working at Taco Bell full-time for less than a year

ProsThe food, flexible schedules, and the training. Everyone seems to be very helpful and the management is awesome with new hires. They' re always right on spot to help with any questions, or to give support and encouragement.

ConsToo many teenagers in the evening and weekend shifts. Some times the lines are very long and some of the cashiers don't really seem to care too much about the customers, or maybe they just need refresher training.

Advice to Senior ManagementPeriodically stop in and do a surprise visit to get a better handle on the younger employees and the horse play.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Irvine, CA

Current Employee – been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than 10 years

ProsAll of the oppertunity in the world! The only limit on how far you can go, is yourself

ConsAt the Taco Bell corporate office, you work HARD and you play HARD. It's very fast paced, you've got to stay current and grow, grow, grow. It's not a company for someone who just wants to come in and work....you've got to push yourself daily or you'll find yourself at the wrong end of a re-org.

Elkridge, MD

Current Employee – been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than a year

Prosfriendly employee possiblility of making good friends

Consbreaks were not long enough,

Advice to Senior Managementmy advice to the management mainly the rgm, would be to learn to be nicer to your employess. there are people out there that have bent over backwards to help the store when needed and now this person is out of a job. when other employees have opinions, listen to them. they might have some good input. don't alwasy say "your opinions don't matter." that makes the employee feel bad.
