    Pros

Paid Training, Friendly Co-workers, a sense of community against the 'man' (Target HR, Management& Corporate).

    Cons

I personally found it unpleasant. Working with the public and the co workers was hard, its also hard to move up. There was definite wait time to ask management to help you if you had any problems. Team Leads were going to push you to resolve problem by yourself.

    Advice to Management

You need more racial diversity in management & at corporate. Stop putting the ethnic diversity all on the front lanes.

    Pros

Flexible (I usually just throw on my calendar when I will be going on vacation or taking time off), networking promoted throughout the company, workout classes, game room

    Cons

Not a lot of room for growth (don't really promote within), vacation time and holidays are very minimal.

    Pros

Nice break room, decent amount of breaks, constant activity

    Cons

Like a cult. Too many chefs in the kitchen. Gossip>Work. Understaffed at worst times.

    Advice to Management

Stop under-staffing your stores so that you can make a buck.

    Pros

Team members were really nice and friendly.

    Cons

Cashiers are pressured to get Red Cards every shift. There are only so many ways you can pitch a piece of plastic to guests.

    Advice to Management

The amount of stress you put your cashiers under to sell Red Cards is ridiculous. Most guests have Red Cards and choose not to use them. That shouldn't count against the cashier.

    Pros

Some of the team members and the discount.

    Cons

I have been there for several years and it have severe been this bad. The manigment has there favorits and and if you say that something is not going right then you have an aditude. There is one that is really bad she is one of the worst boss I have ever had. By last November we have lost so many employees because of them and the good ones to. Expect more pay less that is there modo for everything including pay.

    Advice to Management

Get off your high horse and stop being so fake we can see it we are not stupid ok some of us. And maybe you should look at your favorites the are so fake but I guess they are just like you

    Pros

Warm cookie Wednesday, Target Plaza Commons, Random appearances, Team Member Discount, Bus Pass Discount, trying to take up 20 words

    Cons

I would not recommend this position to any recent grads, especially if you have a 4 year degree. You are treated differently than "salaried" employees and told from the beginning how hard it will be to get to a salary position.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on development
