    Pros

    Employee friendly job security. Good learning experience for new comers. Good for those who have a prior experience of 5-7 years in other companies and come here to settle down.

    Respected and well known brand
    Decent money

    Poor quality of work-Lots of unnecessary paperwork
    A large no. of people in the middle management are incompetent of making firm decisions
    Blind following culture- Little attention is paid to customization while copying the best industry practices. The question as to "why we are doing something" is never asked.
    Not enough scope and encouragement for real innovation and creativity.
    Huge Labour Union issue

    Do not hire overqualified engineering grads for unworthy paperwork. Alternatively, provide intellectually stimulating work to the employees instead of forcing them to generate gigabytes of data which is of no real use.

    work life balance - infact no work and lot of personal life. if u r lucky and have good contacts, this is the organisation to be in as there can be no one stoppin u.

    Cons

    no accountability, appraisal strictly depends on ur relationship with boss.
    full of red tape, cannot tolerate new ideas, too many levels and senior leaders who with no vision and who do absolutely nothing. Absolute unwillingness to change

    Fun people to work with if you are starting out of college, and Pune is a great location to live in.

    The management doesn't care a bit for the new employees and there is no accountability in the first year at work.
