    Pros

    I have been working with TechM since October 2014 as Technical Architect. Found the campus is very beautifully laid out in Hinjewadi Pune with large food court, gym, basketball court and library. Company spends a lot of effort and money in promoting fun activities/ extra curricular activities. Very good place to start as fresher as they provide required Industry and technical trainings required to start their IT career. Majority of the clients are big telecom companies hence good exposure for people in the telecom domain.

    Cons

    Company policies and objective and your Project policies might differ. The TechM designation and your project role can vary and differ. There is no distinct roles and responsibility defined for each employee management believes everybody can do everything. Also career growth inside TechM is confined to your project hence internal opening are limited and not transparent. Also after working with top MNCs for last 11 years I found TechM does not have career developement plan for its employees. Work life balance is not good as you have 9 hrs work time, limited holidays , work from home facility.

    Advice to Management

    Be employee friendly rather than being client friendly. Happy employees make happy customers. Promote employee engagement and career growth across TechM Projects.

    Shape up or Ship out - get more professional and get in more professionals from the industry rather than sticking to the internal core team whose minds are like "Frogs in the Well"

    Pros

    Good infrastructure. Young Employees. Flexible Timing.

    Cons

    Terrible HR Policy. Terrible Salary. Non Serious Fresher induction. Expect you to work and learn on the job without training you properly.

    Project Managers think they are almighty and talk rudely.

    Advice to Management

    What is the problem to give a person posting near hometown initially if you have vacancies available and projects available.
    Ask the HR to listen to employees properly,even freshers. Not brush them off like dirt.

    At least give some proper salary when you torture freshers like that.

    Pros

    luckiy got a good working environment. friendly and helpful collegues.

    Cons

    very slow promotion and always expecting to work overtime
    very less opportunities to work on new technologies and platform.

    concencrate on employee satisfication little more.

    Pros

    I really loved intially working for TechM. It has good work culture. And have a good policy for work hours as well which gives flexibility for employees.

    Cons

    There are very much cons here..first of all SALARY. Poor appraisals. No job satisfaction. HR policies fluctuating every month. People here are as if working for social cause since they get no appraisal.

    Advice to Management

    Pls think of employee satisfaction as already very good resources have left TechM for poor salary hike.

    Pros

    Good Initial training programs. More onsite opportunities are available in TechM as compared to other companies. Recreational activities from Josh is a good initiative.

    Cons

    Underutilization of employees. No salary hike. Very bad drafting of the conditions for variable pay policy. Not a single employee is satisified with it.

    Advice to Management

    Acquiring new companies at the cost of your employees' salaries is not at all a good way to do business.Start caring for employees rather than caring for business.
    It will help TechM in the long run

    Govt Office like atmosphere. Use of regional language on calls and discussions

    Great learning experience, Concentrated on single vertical and lot of experts.

    Low compensation, Rigid Management, Transfer not to different projects not easy

    Thinking of the soldier in army is more important as the soldier is the one who fights the battle... So needs more consideration on lower employees....

    Pros

    1.Good learning experience
    2.Good clients so the tools and resources used are premium
    3. Very good exposure
    4.cooperative collegues and seniors

    Cons

    1. constant changing policies, not keeping empoyees welfare in mind
    2. reduction in pays and incentives month after month
    3.less leaves and holidays, 9.5 hours of work hours with only 1 hour of flexibility
    4. average pay but worst increments

    Advice to Management

    Please understand the employees, make such policies that would reduce frustration rather than adding to it

    Pros

    Good opportunities to interact with clients and get a lot of responsibility in your early years of career.

    Cons

    The responsibilities might get a bit too much. And software quality is given less importance but speed of delivering software deliverables is prioritized. Lots of bad software engineering practices. Peer knowledge was limited.

    Advice to Management

    I would ask the management to respect engineers and not treat them as mere resources. Give them compensation depending on their contributions. They way you discriminate BSc candidates from BTech candidates in terms of compensation is truly unfair.
