    Great First IT Job.

Server Specialist (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThe best reason to work for Techcess is if you are fresh out of college or no college degree but want the experience of getting into the IT field. Techcess exposes you to so much technologies at such a fast pace. You will learn faster than in an Enterprise environment. You will have a team that are all Jack of All Trades except Management.

ConsManagement communication is null and void. Great Techs do not equal great Managers. The Managers and Execs do not communicate information well. You will be told negative stuff all the time with no positive marks.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn how to motivate and communicate better! Learn to evaluate skills better as better to get employees in the right position. Create a better environment of trust and that you will listen to employees suggestions.

Company that lacks strong management, yet showcases it self on that misconception.

    Sales (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsExposure to fast paced environment. Training is available is you shout out loud enough. The technicians are professional, and the architects are top notch, plus the sales team (with the exception of the VP) is hungry and driven.

ConsManagement (H&H) is completely micromanaged driven , and live in an ivory castle when it comes to suggestions. Management thrives on intimidation and fear to drive performance. Multiple events of shouting occurred, where vulgarities were exchanged. Hostile work environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo a hard core reboot of the Sales VP, and go back to soft skills training. (Liability to lawsuits are imminent at this rate.) Then again, they are not listening so this section is futile to their deaf ears.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
