I have been working at Techcess Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Excellent people to work with, coworkers are smart people from all different backgrounds. A great place to work and learn about all kinds of different clients and environments. Great opportunity to reinforce stuff learned in school. Learned more at Level 1 in 6 months than I did at school over 4 years.
They are very giving with PTO and or family emergencies, extremely understanding.
Upper Management is very open to new ideas and at least trying them out if it makes business sense.

    Cons

High stress environment, calls and tickets can be back to back, and not all calls are pleasant. But this is customary in any MSP environment.
Some clients are more sensitive than others and require more finesse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are ready to grow, keep doing what you are doing! I am excited for the future of this company.

I have been working at Techcess Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I wear many different hats that provides me with experiences I would not get anywhere else. I am constantly pushing myself to learn and adapt to be the best I can at my job. The mentoring program in place at Techcess Group shows me that the managers want to be involved in my professional goals and help me learn in the process.

    Cons

At times much more is asked of an employee than possible. Some of this may come from being a small, growing business. Also, no retention bonuses are given to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to management would be to get to know tier 1 and 2 employees a little better. No relationships are built which contributes to a higher turnover rate at the lower levels.

Company that lacks strong management, yet showcases it self on that misconception.

I have been working at Techcess Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to fast paced environment. Training is available is you shout out loud enough. The technicians are professional, and the architects are top notch, plus the sales team (with the exception of the VP) is hungry and driven.

    Cons

Management (H&H) is completely micromanaged driven , and live in an ivory castle when it comes to suggestions. Management thrives on intimidation and fear to drive performance. Multiple events of shouting occurred, where vulgarities were exchanged. Hostile work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a hard core reboot of the Sales VP, and go back to soft skills training. (Liability to lawsuits are imminent at this rate.) Then again, they are not listening so this section is futile to their deaf ears.

I have been working at Techcess Group

    Pros

The best reason to work for Techcess is if you are fresh out of college or no college degree but want the experience of getting into the IT field. Techcess exposes you to so much technologies at such a fast pace. You will learn faster than in an Enterprise environment. You will have a team that are all Jack of All Trades except Management.

    Cons

Management communication is null and void. Great Techs do not equal great Managers. The Managers and Execs do not communicate information well. You will be told negative stuff all the time with no positive marks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to motivate and communicate better! Learn to evaluate skills better as better to get employees in the right position. Create a better environment of trust and that you will listen to employees suggestions.
