    Pros

    There are nice people to work with and the company offers competitive salary. also it may offer some carrier opportunities.

    Cons

    Out there one may ffind the job stressful, there is too much stress and lots of work, on top of that is a noisy environment

    Advice to Management

    I would say to managers to evaluate their management style because sometimes it creates an impression of an ineffective management

    People are wonderful and you get great training

    Pros

    Good Pay, Flexible Managers, Work from Home, Good Knowledge base, Rewarding Data Entry, Billing and Customer Service Work

    Cons

    Inexperienced Team Leads and Managers that you never hear from. Training was disorganized and did not properly prepare agents for production. Systems constantly having technical issues makes what should be easy work harder than it has to be.

    Advice to Management

    Proper Benefits like PTO, Dental, Vision and Tuition Reimbursement go a long way. Making these benefits available to all employees would be helpful with Talent Acquisition and Retention.

    Pros

    Very flexible, especially with school schedules, overall nice coworkers, rewarding environment, can get bonuses every month and increase your salary if you work hard enough for it, possible to move up position-wise, breaks and lunches are pretty generous

    Cons

    Computers and systems are a bit outdated they are always breaking down and having issues, not all departments and not all supervisors are equal to one another in terms of leniency, sympathy and rewards.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in better, faster computers! The more your agents are struggling to login and get ready to take calls, the less money you make and the less work volume there is.

    Pros

    Very supportive and professional. The company had many channels of support. Flexible hours and you could get extra hours if wanted.

    Tech issues interfered with the performance of duties.

    Pros

    Working from home is just awesome. No commute, No Dress Code, Great Co-Workers and Management

    Cons

    There are two cons of working for TeleTech is the pay. There are no raises and it is only part time work.

    Advice to Management

    I wish they would implement a bonus plan or annual evaluations for raises for all of our hard work.

    Work from home, Train from home, Paid promptly

    Cons

    Trainer was new to company, Training was not long enough, Cannot contact HR except through email and even then you may not get any answers

    Make HR easier to contact, Make the pay better

    Pros

    very nice place to work

    Cons

    training dept is a little unorganized and they just pull agents off the phones with very little training to train new employees. Lots of wasted time with technical difficulties. Low pay for tasks your expected to complete in many department

    Advice to Management

    i would schedule a time with new employees before training starts to make sure their computer is compatible and they have all the necessary programs downloaded, that way trainers don't get behind on their schedule and its less frustrating for newbies

    Pros

    I loved working here. You get two breaks and a half hour lunch paid. Very flexible hours. Paid time off after working so many hours per week.

    Cons

    When I worked there, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that you had to try and sell the customer more services when they called in with problems with there current services.

    Advice to Management

    Please don't force employees to push other services when the customers are calling in with problems with the services they have.
