ProsThe best thing about working in Telemundo 48 is the people you work with. Most people are Hispanic, so it is a different atmosphere compare to other places I've worked at. You get a lot of free tickets for events and concerts. You also get to meet Hispanic TV personalities.

ConsLimited resource. Low wages. excessive work load compared to general market local TV stations.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus more on people and not the numbers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
