Pros – Small organization, good pay, room to grow if you start in a low level position in the kitchen, lots of new people to meet, lots of learning opportunities, lots of great food, people are nice, easy place to learn to cook with the chefs/cooks and you can take those skills with you.
Cons – very little time for training new staff with a high turnover, no benefits unless full time and there's only a couple full timers, very little feedback from upper management, no bonuses or staff parties, no staff meetings or communication, no hr personnel
Advice to Senior Management – clear communication, more honest feedback, clear cut roles and responsibilities, a training program and meetings.
