Shaky waking up everyday wondering what will happen to the company.

Field Service Technician (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsKnowledgeable technicians and flexible work schedule. I enjoyed working in the field with no supervision and being trusted to complete tasks with trust. Pay is very competitive.

ConsBusiness is very up and down meaning you never know when you might have long periods of time with no work or pay. Training is still being developed and not up to par with the demands of the job.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on sustaining the company and less on developing different services that technicians have little or no knowledge of.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsPeople are generally nice. There are maybe some annoying people but not many.

ConsSalary is never increase. Even when it increased, flat increase for everybody so it decreased my motivation.

Good company to work for but the systems in place make your job harder than it should be.

QHSES Coordinator (Current Employee) Lafayette, LA

ProsGood 401K match with great benefits. Time off usually isn't an issue.

ConsUpper management is out of touch with what really occurs at the local level. Company does not place high value on employees who have worked their way up in the ranks. Company places too high of a value on pedigrees rather than actual job experience and ability to do the job competently.

Advice to Senior ManagementReward the hard working employees you already have and stop looking for a new widgets elsewhere. Develop the talent you have and give back to the employees.
