Pros – Great benefits, friendly people and an amazing environment.

Cons – A little slow to change.

Pros – Beautiful building, spacious cubicles, free and secure parking, great cafeteria, employees have access to gym/fitness area in the building, for the most part everyone is pretty upbeat and friendly, there are lots of meetings to make sure that everyone is "in the know" with changes that are happening within the company. The area/position that I'm in offers lots of flexibility with time which is great for someone like me with family.

Cons – Lengthy temporary contract term while waiting to be hired. You will probably be in the same position for a large period of time - seems pretty stagnant as far as moving up the ladder.

Pros – Great Location within San Antonio. It's nice to have a company in one place so you have easier access to information. Great Health programs and helping hands in areas.

Cons – Gets busy but you should expect that.

Pros – Great campus, very beautiful with everything you could want and a great location. Co-workers are excellent. There is a positive attitude overall in the company.

Cons – Little upward mobility. Current trend is just to bring experience in, not to work with existing talent. You will remain in your position for an extended period of time.

Advice to Senior Management – Allow existing employees the ability to move into advanced positions and provide training and opportunities for advancement.
