    Its a job and they pay ok, but opportunity is lacking. Success is determined on how busy you can look rather than sales.

    you name it. On ipad have details timed, reports to the end of the moon that management can pull any evauation they want any any given time. management blows

    Pros

    Amusing, free admission to the circus.

    Cons

    Abusive CEO, irrational outbursts and treatment of people, gets away with it. No one respects him, morale dead at Teva.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Teva employees are good people, they are tired of verbal beatings and lack of respect for their families. One day this is going to become a liability for Teva. Employees can expect no work life balance, no time off, vacations cancelled if management can't print a document, that's how out of touch your "leaders" are. No one will follow leaders of this caliber.

    good medical benifets,carpool for employies is great

    you have to kiss alote of butt to get promoted ,really disorginized,.Then changed our shifts and throw every one were ever with out asking us if we were ok with that new shift.They dont keep an eye on your work performance.taking o/t away from there employies /families

    management needs to keep an eye out and notice whos getting the work done, so they can move up the right employes,looking at the paper work as well .

    Pros

    TEVA Mexico is am ambitious project whith a lot of challenges to do . Generics high specialty drugs market have a great opportunitie to increase on the country and TEVA has a infractucture to achieve their goals.

    TEVA Mexico is unstable , have need to change the organizational culture, improve their comunication, and the commercial model. Think more about develop of their employees.
