I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lots of horizontal mobility, top end labs and equipment, very knowledgeable team
Cons – Slow moving company, sales oriented, not research intensive. The cubicles on south campus are a depressing environment to work in unless you are by a window.
Advice to Senior Management – Update the campus, the dark cubicles are not innovation inspiring.
