I have been working at The Brick part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

For a part-time job during school they had very flexible work hours.
Excellent training that I have been able to apply to almost every other sales job.
They also have ongoing training and incentives, there was money to be made.

    Cons

Some locations do not have a lot of traffic coming through, so there can be very slow days. The location(s) I worked at had an all staff-in on Sundays policy that is truly silly, we( around 12 people) would spend the first few hours waiting around for a customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try to bring in more customers
