    Great money if you are a server or bartender. If you are hourly, hours are cut!

    ProsLots of money for the amount of time worked if you are a bartender or server. If you are hourly, raises are very little or none at all.

    ConsBenefits used to be great and so was management. Not so much anymore.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees like you would like you would like to be treated. Either employees are micro managed or not managed at all. It depends on if you are a favorite of the managers or not.

    ProsFor the most part, great atmosphere plus awesome food------ of course, the money isn't bad either! Plenty of room to advance within the company and great training.

    ConsCan be a bit uptight at times! Understandable considering the high level, but still... I really is unnecessary to take it to such an extreme.

    needs to work on hiring management with actual people skills

    Prosyou make great money, receive great benefits, they really try to accommodate time off when you need it. overall great place to work, some management improvements needed.

    Consmanagement has no people skills, talks down to guests and employees, slams the floor and kitchen with unrealistic turn times.

    Advice to Senior Managementits meant to be fine dining. there needs to be more focus on the experience and less on the number of people coming through the door.
