    Love it!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsYou learn a lot on the job, get a great discount. I love my job!

ConsI have none. I would just like to say that, I guess it all depends on the store you work for, because it seems a lot of people had different experiences. It could be because of their work ethic, or they were bad employees, or maybe you did have a bad management team. I love mine, we are like a little family. We all work well together, and to the person that said "i only say my store manager 3 times in 3 months"... Maybe you are in a bigger store than me, but my store manager is there 6 days a week. I work with her almost all the time.

Sure you can work as little as 3 hours a week (and if you are looking for a full time job, retail is not for you). Some weeks you can work as many as 25 hours and some as little as 3, that's retail. Not just The Children's Place. My store manager made it clear in our group interview that it would be like that.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone, I love them!

    Absolutely wonderful to work for.

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Columbus, GA

ProsThere are many great benefits, as well as a pleasant group of co-workers and management. Modest store size makes for a cozy work environment.

ConsCorporate doesn't pay close enough attention to the conditions of the store. Safety does not seem to be a major concern.

Advice to Senior ManagementAbsolutely none. My management staff is amazing! They should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication to this company.

    On the fence!!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Southaven, MS

ProsThe manager is a sweetie and she's willing to help in any way she can.

ConsMy first week of working I had other engagements and was placed on call. When I did call in to see if they needed me it felt like the other managers didn't want me to work unless the Store Manager was there.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be intimidated about new hires. Do your job correctly and you won't have to worry about someone taking your job. Take your noses out the air and take a hint from the new store manager.
