Stop putting people in leadership roles that can only talk the talk but can not walk the walk.

I have been working at The Home Depot

    Pros

Great growing potential within the company as well as great benefits and 401k for full time employees. Management takes notice to hard work and takes care of their employees.

    Cons

Not much flexibility for employees as far as scheduling goes. I worked for them during college and they were not very easy to work with in order to schedule my working hours around my school schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take more notice with people who are students and are part time. This shows lots of commitment that they are working and going to school. Be more flexible with their working hours.
