    Pros

friendly people and treated good by fellow workers.

    Cons

low wages and hot and sticky in summer.

    Advice to Management

all the workers work very hard and i think we should all have higher pay and lower insurance payments.

    Pros

Great staff, fantastic sense of being part of an industry and the hospo industry is so much fun, made a lot of friends and got paid to do it.

    Cons

management can at times be a debacle, also if you are not good with long hours this industry is probably not great for you.

  3. All in all Keystone is a great place to work. But little room for advancement and feedback on job performance is poor.

    Pros

Great family atmosphere and very flexible with time off. Able to work without being micro managed. Great location and benefits are decent.

    Cons

Very little room for advancement and little or no feedback on job performance. Benefits are decent but they could be better.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more often with each other across the departments and communicate more often with the "common folk." Maybe have less managers and more workers.
