“Amazing industrial insight and experience in conflict resolution”
Former Employee – worked at The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Five star deluxe hotel with utmost standards.
Food & beverage and accommodation facilities are excellent.
Experienced staff.
Amazing Human Resource & Training departments.
Cons – Systems and processes are not in place.
Growth is stagnated.
Promotions and festivals are not marketed well, hence monies spent are under-utilized.
The loyalty programme called Connoisseur Club is a big let down.
Advice to Senior Management – Investment towards media activities must beef up what with competition taking the major chunk of business by effective promotion strategies.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
