“A very un-organized company that only cares about making the next dollar”
Former Employee – worked at The Rugged Bear
Pros – pretty easy job when it's not super busy
great discount
free prizes when you win contests
good starting pay, better than most
great day time hours
Cons – very low payroll hours
you have to work alone alot
there aren't enough employees to cover a shift if you call out
management is two faced
benefits are terrible
Advice to Senior Management – Hire a management team that will respect thier fellow employees
Be a lot more concerned about associate internal theft
Enforce discipline when the rules are broken
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
