“2nd rate company”
Current Employee – been working at The Source
Pros – Good work experience, good pay if you are willing to be aggressive and put in the effort otherwise very few positive
Cons – Incompetent management, poorly trained coworkers.
Senior management does little to instill confidence in employees
lack of any direction at all
Advice to Senior Management – Stop continuously putting incompetent, uneducated people into management positions. The company suffers as a result. Too often length of employment is rewarded rather than competency
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
