    Pros

They prefer to promote from within. Tuition reimbursement. Flexible hours.

    Cons

You had to suck up to higher ups to try to get promoted from within. If you were liked you got promoted. If you weren't it was difficult. They would switch your position and then tell you after that you now have a new position.

    Advice to Management

Adding a holiday between New Year's day and Memorial Day. Some managers need to be reviewed.

    Pros

Very flexible hours. Not too repetitive. Good job for a college student. Its a franchise and individually owned so I can go straight to the owner for any issues. Get to interact with MANY customers building relationships with each customer.

    Cons

No benefits at all. No pay vacation. Really no way to move up in the business.

    Pros

working closely with lots of different small businesses allows you to get your foot in the door for future opportunities.
the work really isn't all that difficult, but being a retail job you end up dealing with some difficult people.

    Cons

the stores are franchises, so your results may vary. unless you plan to open your own store, there's very little room for growth.

    Pros

Getting to interact with customers on a daily basis.
    Flexible hours.
Overall decent pay for the job position.

    Cons

During the holiday season it is pure insanity.
If you have a poor manager, it can be a very rough working environment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on training of staff with how to deal with certain situations. There are always going to be events that occur that will throw people for a loop. Without proper training a big mistake can be made.
