Great entry level position that can give you transferable experience!

    Assistant Manager (Former Employee)
    Austin, TX

ProsMy store had an excellent owner and general manager, who really knew how to give customers a service experience that would keep them coming back, without doing so at the expense of the associates.

ConsAs with any retail business, some of the worst experiences can be dealing with difficult customers, whether they lack basic knowledge of how shipping operates or perhaps are just confrontational.

    A Rewarding Professional Experience.

    Financial Operations Consultant (Former Employee)
    Palm Beach, FL

ProsThe pros are immense. An atmosphere of self-accountability and autonomy was promoted. Management was always willing to listen and promote employee participation. Opportunities to grow professionally were present. A dedication to an employee-friendly environment was advanced.

ConsThe cons were minimal My experience was a mostly rewarding one. The magnitude of the traffic would render key players unavailable when i needed them, but that was expected based on workload demands.
