“Staff not treated with respect, very low pay, no chance for advancement.”
Current Employee – been working at The United Church of Canada
Pros – Community involvement, opportunity to meet a vast number of people from varying lifestyles, a very good place to network with all areas of the community.
Cons – Poor pay, little or no respect for non-ministerial staff, staff is not treated very well. Management has a lot of unfortunate attitude.
Advice to Senior Management – Ask and listen to the staff. Ministerial staff are NOT the only ones who deserve to be listened to and given respect.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
