I have been working at Thomas & Betts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This company does offer decent opportunity for growth, but that does not mean you will see a large jump in pay.

    Cons

Management! They have no clue what goes on. I have never been so micro managed in my life. These people sit in there offices but have no idea what really happens.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

The employees are good people, the benefits are great.

    Cons

Managment turns a blind eye to the harassment from office personnel to the hourly employees. The corporate office does the same.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The new buyers of the company should clean out the offices and replace them all so it will be a good place to work again.
