“Not a place for those seeking to move up”
Current Employee – been working at Thomas and Herbert full-time for more than a year
Pros – Compensation is comparable to market average.
Cons – The workplace has seen a lot of turnover while i was there. The insecurity aspect of people being let go without announcements is very disconcerting. It is a very unpredictable without things being transparent and open about the state of the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Value those who have the skills and provide them the opportunities to prove and move up. There is no growth or promotion seen in the company overall which makes for low morale and incentive to work harder.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

“Good start up but, You don't want to stay there”
Former Employee – worked at Thomas and Herbert as a contractor
Pros – It has a great location and nice coffee.
Cons – huge turn over, no one that works there is happy with their job and/or management.
