    The people are good and you can learn new things.

    Work/life balance is not good.

    Very intelligent workforce Flexible work environment

    Cons

    While they would like for employees to advance, there is little support in place to nurture growth No tuition reimbursement

    Pros

    Challenging work environment Ability to utilize all skill sets Great environment to grow and expand your skill set Good, hardworking colleagues and a team environment

    Cons

    No work-life balance Management time expectations are out of whack with reality Not enough resources to achieve all goals of management No clear bonus structure

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your Management Team and allow them to help lead your organization Invest in the corporate staff so there are more resources available to achieve the myriad tasks Pare down your goals to achievable subsets; don't burn out your valuable staff

    Pros

    Benefits were good and manangers were nice as indivudals.

    Cons

    Senior staff lacked expertise on day to day implementation of the housing contract. Also, incetives and employee recognition was not distributed fairly.

    Pros

    Diversity of work assignments Plenty of opportunities to define own niche Corporate grapevine keeps you abreast of developments Superior performance will eventually get notice and accolades

    Cons

    Long range strategy is not firm Employees are kept in the dark on corporate health issues Laid offs are common and not handled well Company is completely reliant on a handful of proven employees and struggles to develop additions to the inner circle

    Advice to Management

    Need to take risks in accepting experienced hires into confidence Take time to better troubleshoot issues with employees rather than eliminate and move on
