Pros – Money. To make up for their shortcomings, the bonus potential is amazing
Cons – Long hours
A family restaurant tryin to be a bar isn't going to work
If you are promoted, you automatically have a target on your forehead
promotions given to the brown nosers, not the business minded
whats fair for some, isnt fair for others
The last bit of quality left when Apolito left
Advice to Senior Management – You are absolutely in the correct business

Pros – The peers you will meet there are phenomenal.
Cons – It's privately owned and if you don't brown nose, you won't get anywhere.
