    Pros

My team and management really care about my personal job development. I feel really lucky. I have scheduled one-on-one sessions with my managers which help train me, and I feel like they look for opportunities to help me grow in my confidence and knowledge. I also see my managers use this same development strategy with other team members as well.

    Cons

As Three.ie has recently taken over O2 in Ireland, certainly there are many who are not comfortable with the changes, which is quite understandable. So there are a few unhappy co-workers.

    Pros

    - fantastic people in the head office as well as in stores
    - at the time highly rewarding bonus scheme
    - good management structure
    - very easy to sell - fast internet and low prices
    - always well treated and highly personally appreciated by the Area Manager
    - higher management very down to earth, approachable
    - best phone network to work for

    Cons

    - very poor training - most of it done in store where the others do not have time for you as they need to hit targets themseves, classroom training after 2 months since start and useless by that time
    - if targets do not motivate you and you do not work well under KPI's, you will not like phone sales
    - call centre sometimes difficult to understand over the phone - in India - but it is not for them not trying hard

    Advice to Management

    - more training at the start of working for Three
