    Pros

    It was very formal, but a good corporate feel. The group I was working with was very young and fun, easy place to good quality work done.

    Cons

    The organization was a bit confusing. The Company is currently going through a sort of restructuring so it was hard to communicate at times with the proper people.

    Great leadership. Great work life balance. No game playing. Great pay. Good benefits. Yearly bonus. Great opportunity for advancement. Leadership appreciates your input.

    Cons

    Changes are a constant. No telling what is going to happen next week. Tends to be a political environment. Customers do not like TKIT.

    As a BE Mechanical Engineer I loved working at ThyssenKrupp Industries, Pune as a Project Execution Engineer in Sugar Dept. This is very professional organisation and great systems in place to work. No biases and equal opportunity for everyone.

    There is bit difficulty in shifting from one department to other.

    Please hire MBA operations also for better processes in place.

    ThyssenKrupp is a diversified industrial group. It has around 180,000 employees in over 80 countries developing ideas and innovations into solutions for sustainable progress. In fiscal year 2009/2010 ThyssenKrupp generated sales of more than €42 billion.
